Ordered a pair but changed your mind or the fit isn't quite right? No problem! You can return the product during a 30 day period from delivery date in it's original packaging and condition. Simply fill out the return label found within the package and we will be happy to issue you a refund.

UK RETURNS POLICY

- Items must be unused and also in it's original packaging.
- Items if tried on must be indoors and there must not be any outdoor worn signs
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- Items must be returned within a 30 day period from date of delivery
- Please allow up to 7 business days after we have received your items for the transactional refund process

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

Step 1) Email info@heelsdirect.co.uk to inform of return request
​
Step 2) Indicate reason of return
​
Step 3) Package product and ensure tape is firmly at bottom of poly bag to protect product
​
Step 4) Go to local Post Office and send the package to Heels Direct UK office address: 101-110 Lockhurst Lane, Coventry, West Midlands, CV6 5SF

Step 5) Obtain receipt from Post Office which will include a reference number
​
Step 6) Email reference number to info@heelsdirect.co.uk so we can keep track of delivery status
​
Step 7) Heels Direct to receive product and conduct internal checks to ensure product is as it should be, unworn, undamaged and it its original packaging
​
Step 8) Heels Direct to refund customer via bank transfer. Email banking information to info@heelsdirect.co.uk. (Full name, bank name, sort code, account number)
